On Thursday, 19 November, Frazer Jones hosted a breakfast seminar for their clients in the professional services sector.
Guest speakers, Greg Keith and Kim Schmidt from Grant Thornton shared how cultural transformation is helping to deliver a competitive edge for the network of independent accounting and consulting member firms.
Greg is currently the CEO of Grant Thornton Australia who proudly leads a talented and passionate leadership team, which includes Kim, Director of People and Culture. She is a trusted advisor to Greg, the Board and senior leaders and plays a key role in shaping leadership and culture at the firm.
Greg and Kim shared their fascinating journey of cultural transformation which culminated in 135 Partners helping ten families build ten homes in Cambodia. It has resulted in Grant Thornton collaborating across geographies and practice areas to expand on their traditional service offering which now includes technology, trading with Asia and leadership and culture solutions.
