Jenni McCann

Jenni graduated from Aberdeen University with an Honours degree in Psychology, and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Napier University in Edinburgh, gaining her CIPD. After 4 years in pharmaceutical recruitment, she joined a boutique search firm and was responsible for managing and developing their HR recruitment capability. Jenni joined Frazer Jones in May 2002, moved into Manager and Group Manager roles, and now is the Partner heading up our financial and professional services team in London.

Darren Wentworth
Commerce and Industry Team
Darren studied Business Information Systems at De Montfort University before joining a global medical business as an Information Analyst. After a few years in industry he was approached to move into recruitment and was responsible for growing senior finance recruitment in NW England before moving to the Thames Valley to manage a number of offices across the region. In 2002 Darren moved to HR recruitment for a leading global recruiter working across numerous sectors delivering recruitment solutions up to Director level for international corporates and the FTSE 100. Darren heads up the Commerce & Industry business across the UK.
Laura McNair
Financial and Professional Services Team
Laura graduated from the University of Northampton in 1999 with a degree in English Literature and joined Frazer Jones in 2000. She has eight years' recruitment experience working on a full range of assignments across all industry sectors. After spending a year with a start-up recruitment consultancy, Laura rejoined Frazer Jones as a Manager and recruits HR professionals within professional and financial services earning between £50,000 to £100,000.

Fiona Rooney

Fiona graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with dual Honours in English and History. She joined Frazer Jones in November 2007 from Bank of America where she was part of their in-house resourcing team. Prior to this Fiona worked for 5 years at Robert Walters in Sydney recruiting Banking Operations professionals. Fiona is currently responsible for recruiting HR professionals within professional and financial services with salaries of £50,000 to £100,000.

Tim Baker
Commerce and Industry Team
Tim graduated from the Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Law in 2006. After recruiting HR professionals for an independent firm in the Thames Valley, he joined Frazer Jones in July 2008. Tim covers the permanent market in London and the Thames Valley and recruits within the commerce and industry sectors for HR professionals with salaries up to £80,000.

Marilyn Pollard-Odle

Marilyn graduated from the University of Westminster in 1999 with a degree in Commercial Business specialising in Marketing. She started her career in Marketing where she worked for a boutique communication and PR agency before moving into recruitment. She has six years' recruitment experience working primarily with consumer clients in global businesses and joined Frazer Jones in 2010 as a consultant within C&I, focusing on HR professionals with salaries up to £80,000.
Ryan Wolfaardt

Whilst studying his Marketing Management degree, Ryan Joined Robert Walters to help launch the permanent Finance desk in South Africa. He subsequently immigrated to the UK and joined Frazer Jones in October 2009. Ryan is now responsible for recruiting HR professionals within professional and financial services with salaries up to £50,000.
Jon-Paul Hibbert
Financial and Professional Services Team
Jon-Paul graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in Geography in 2001. With five years experience in recruitment gained at Venn Group and MDH Jon-Paul has recruited for HR professionals across different commercial sectors, specialisms and salary brackets. Upon joining Frazer Jones in March 2010 Jon-Paul now focus's on permanent roles within professional and financial services with salaries to £50,000, he is based in London but recruits nationally.
Roisin Griffin
Financial and Professional Services Team
Roisin graduated from University College Dublin in 2005. She worked in a recruitment company based in Dublin called HRM before travelling through Asia and Australia. Upon her return, she worked with Hays as a Project Manager on the International team. She joined Frazer Jones in August 2010 working with the P1 team focussing on Financial and Professional Services.
