Do you have any secrets to having a successful career?
Unlearning is the only way to learn! No, I mean it! Even if you believe you have acquired those skills over years of greying your hair in the corporate world, it is outdated even before you know it. So by constantly asking yourself “Is there a better way of doing it”, “ Is there a more efficient way of doing it”, you are not doubting yourself; you are simply challenging yourself. Remember, there is no Rulebook that never gets replaced.

What would your advice be to women who are trying to achieve their career ambitions?
It's ok to go through the peaks and the lows – Your heartbeat is never a flat line, so how can your career be! Its ok to have your best Corporate days, and it’s also absolutely ok to have bad ones. Don’t feel dejected, depressed The only thing to get you through is your optimism, patience and passion in your bad days.

How do you achieve work life balance?
I believe in planning my day well and prioritizing actions / items over others. I don’t aspire to be a Superwoman and I have internalized that! Remember, you can't go after everything at one go, so start prioritizing and stop feeling guilty.

I also believe that having a Friend at work can help make work more enjoyable and fun. Moreover, like any other Social group, a Corporate world is a vivid social, political and dynamic group and you need a strong bond. So find yourself a Friend at work today!
