Established in 1997 we have built up an unrivalled network of candidates through advertising, referral and general reputation. As a result of this profile, we now have a candidate network which comprises in excess of 60,000 people.
Candidate Attraction
The contingent approach to recruitment involves consultants utilising the excising candidate database alongside on-line advertising to generate an interest in your opportunity. Globally we meet over 500 HR candidates every month and a team of resources continues to identify candidates globally that will be relevant to the client we work with. In addition to our existing network we will work with online and print advertisement and social network to widen our reach to candidates.
Assessment
Using structured, competency based interviews we assess all relevant candidates.
Expected result
This approach allows immediate access to candidates we are currently working with, most of whom will be actively looking for new opportunities. A contingent approach delivers very quick result but is not as thorough as a skill orientated or executive search.
