Testimonials
“I was recommended Frazer-Jones through a friend. Having no HR experience I was not very hopeful that they would consider me as a suitable candidate, but after having a meeting with the Graduate Consultant, I was reassured that I would find work in my chosen field. I found him to be helpful, attentive and always willing to answer any queries I had regarding the positions I was put forward for. He also offered to have pre-interview meetings to run through anything that I was concerned about and help calm pre-interview nerves. Frazer Jones definitely made my job search less of an ordeal and more enjoyable”

“Having been successfully recruited to Linklaters as HR Assistant through Frazer Jones, I am pleased to say, four months in, I love it! Coming after eighteen months’ experience in the public sector, this has been a brilliant move for me.
It has been both a shock and an exciting challenge to work within such a dynamic, fast-paced, professional firm. In terms of my expectations, I can confirm this role has exceeded my preconceptions of what it would be like to work within a top global law firm as an HR Assistant.
To ensure the client needs are met, I am challenged on a daily basis to be wholly focused, motivated and professional in everything I do, which I thoroughly enjoy.
In terms of my career, having had a feel for working in such a prestigious firm I am extremely focused about furthering my development within this type of environment. I know that through continuing to work hard I will have opportunities to progress internally, which I am working towards and hope very much to achieve.
Overall I am extremely happy both with the support Frazer Jones gave me in finding this role and with the support I continue to enjoy. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.“

“After registering with Frazer Jones in November, I received two offers of employment for two great HR administration roles. One was with a leading law firm and the second opportunity was with a prominent media organisation.
On completing my degree in Business and HRM, I found it difficult to get a graduate place. Instead, utilising my 12-month industrial placement as experience, Frazer Jones found me a job in three to four weeks.
To be honest, I had no real idea what the role of a Human Resources Assistant would be like, and I suppose I was a little concerned I would be someone’s PA or suchlike. But that hasn’t happened at all and I’ve been given real responsibility for certain sectors of people. Of course my role is largely administrative, but most entry level roles include administration, and the main point is that I am so incredibly busy that I have to learn fast. That’s a challenge, but why would you want a job that didn’t challenge you?
One of my friends from university is on an HR graduate scheme in London, and there is very little difference in our day-to-day working lives. The expectations to progress on to advisor level are on the same timescales, so I feel I haven't missed anything by not being on a graduate scheme.”
