They are in the midst of launching SAP Success Factors and for the first phase of the transition, the key focus would be Singapore, Hong Kong & Shanghai. They will require this individual to work closely with the consultants to create the new HRIS system and ensure that there is strong data integrity. You will also be in charge of data migration, change management, module implementation and UAT testing. Also, there are plans of integrating WeChat into the ecosystem to allow employees to have easier access to their profile within the organization. Apart from HRIS systems, you will also oversee the payroll function.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should come with 6-8 years of HRIS experience and must have experience in launching SAP Success Factors. Ideally, the candidate should have some exposure managing or overseeing the payroll team and had done regional work before. You should possess strong background in systems implementation and have a good sense of project planning, vendor management and business analysis. Given that this is a managerial position, someone who has the EQ to manage a team would be a strong plus. They are looking for individuals who are resilient and highly flexible, possessing positive attitude.
