Frazer Jones Public Sector has been established to recruit interim and permanent HR professionals of all levels into Public Sector organisations nationwide.  Our client base includes the NHS, Local Government, Central Government, Housing, Education, Not for Profit and Charity organisations.

The need to provide better services more efficiently continues to drive transformational change throughout the public sector. The critical role of HR in shaping and implementing that change has made attraction and retention of talent in public sector HR roles more apparent than ever. 35% of all CIPD members are currently employed in the Public Sector, representing a significant proportion of HR professionals in the UK employment market.
