Reward plays a significant role in the challenge to attract, retain and motivate a talented workforce in a competitive commercial environment. It is a dynamic and rapidly changing market and yet the pool of available talent is not large and candidates not easy to source.

This is a specialist recruitment market and generalist human resource recruiters can often lack the experience and market knowledge required to source, interview and benchmark suitable candidates. They don't understand a job description so the role slips down their list of priorities. As a client you might get inappropriate CVs or no CVs at all. As a candidate you will be lucky if the recruiter understands what you do.

The Team 

At Frazer Jones Reward we understand your market. Our team is headed up in London by Matt Brooks and in Australia by Paul Breslin.

Matt Brooks recruits at the senior end of the Reward market looking after all roles paying above £80,000 basic.

Liz Lane is responsible for the market paying base salaries from £50,000 to £79,999.

Freya Broad is responsible for the market paying base salaries up to £49,999. 

Paul Breslin recruits Reward specialists at all levels into and out of the Asia-Pac Market.
