One of the UK’s leading retail giants has a requirement for an HR Manager to support the clothing division within head office.  The main purpose of the role is to deliver an HR function that drives sustainable competitive advantage through it people and processes.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in business partnership with the senior management team to optimise performance;
  • Deliver HR objectives in line with the business division;
  • Implement corporate HR policy and procedure;
  • Ensure the management team are aware of leading edge HR best practices in order to optimise delivery of business objectives;
  • Identify, create and deliver effective HR solutions to the division.


You will have comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law coupled with the ability to analyse data to deliver business strategy and operating plan objectives.  Recent retail experience is essential to the role and this will have ideally been gained within a head office function. 

Preferably your retail experience will have been gained within a clothing division or business.  Candidates will be degree educated or of graduate calibre.
