People Development Manager

Smiths Medical International, with responsibility for all activity outside of the USA, is restructuring its HR function to complement business growth which will create three new roles reporting to the HR Director. 
People development is key to our success and this role will help to increase our focus.
You will be responsible for defining and delivering a people development strategy for the international business, ensuring we have creative solutions and maximise the potential of our teams.

You will ensure the business is actively engaged in Group development initiatives, as well as identifying International and local approaches to nurture and retain talent.

Your track record for creating and implementing successful learning and development initiatives which have directly contributed to business success will be underpinned by a degree and/or relevant training and development qualification..
