National Express are one of the world’s leading public transport companies with bus, coach and train operations in the UK, Europe and North America.  More locally, following the creation of a newly formed Group HR function they are now looking for a Reward Manager and Reward Consultant to contribute to the development and implementation of the Reward Strategy.

Working with the senior management community your role will cover the spectrum of reward activities including;

  • Design and implementation of reward systems;
  • Contribute to organisation change programmes;
  • Evaluate current benefits, job evaluation and develop effective communication tools to raise awareness the of the reward proposition in the business. 

You will be graduate calibre with experience within reward for a customer focused organisation.  You will also be a highly driven, self motivated individual with the ability to build relationships and influence at a senior level.
