The SR Group is a highly successful global recruitment consultancy focussing on Legal, Human Resources, Taxation and Marketing professionals. Trading under the brand names Taylor Root, Frazer Jones, Brewer Morris and Carter Murray respectively, the SR Group employs over 200 people operating out of the UK, Dubai, Australia and Hong Kong with plans for further global growth. The role of the HR/Reward Manager is a new position within the firm, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. Being a true green-field site, it offers considerable scope to develop and deliver HR and Reward policy in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation in this exciting industry. As the successful candidate, you will operate on a global scale in order to develop, where possible, standardised Reward and HR strategy throughout the international offices and bespoke offerings where necessary. You will be an experienced HR generalist with strong operational Reward and HR systems exposure on an international scale. Particular areas of focus will be, but are not limited to, employment law, the annual salary review, absence management, international benchmarking and general process development. As a graduate from a blue-chip background, with the ability to work collaboratively with the business, you will shape the future Reward and HR policies as we continue to move into new markets and new geographies. |
