Reward Advisor

Petro-Canada is one of Canada’s largest integrated oil and gas companies, who explore, recover and produce crude oil and natural gas as well as refining, marketing and distributing energy products. They are a global organisation and have existing projects around the globe, employing over 5,000 people and many more contractors.

Due to internal progression, they are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Advisor to join the HR team in an International capacity. You will have responsibility for a range of Reward projects and policy work, liaising closely with Corporate C&B teams, and regional HR offices around the world. The projects will be varied and will include; Total Compensation, Benefits, Pensions, Salary Reviews, and HR Systems.

Of graduate calibre with detailed, varied C&B experience, ideally gained in an International capacity, you will be confident working on complex projects and with people at all levels of the organisation. Comprehensive knowledge of benefit programs, including medical, risk insurances and pensions is a definite advantage, as is knowledge of salary reviews and other more complex Compensation programs. A background within Reward consultancy or experience within a relevant or similar sector is an advantage.
