HR Business Partner

Our client is a leading IT company, regularly rated as one of the UK’s best workplaces.

In this newly created role you will be part of a HR generalist team of five and an overall HR department of eighteen, who together support an EMEA (UK and Holland) population of 500. You will support a mixed client group consisting of sales, support and engineering colleagues, who you will provide with an operational HR service in areas such as employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits. In addition you will work closely with the HR specialists to provide support in learning and talent.

The role will also have a proactive slant; broadly helping to translate business strategies into appropriate HR actions. The nature of the business necessitates that change is constant and you will be a key part of facilitating that change and the subsequent organisation design.

To be successful in securing this position you will be an experienced HR Generalist with exposure to a fast paced, intellectually demanding environment. In addition you will be an outstanding relationship manager with the ability to deal with an intellectually challenging and demanding client group.
