Head of Client Services

A global leader in providing RPO solutions has a requirement for a Head of Client Services.   The role will be based on-site at the client’s Munich office but with regular off-site travel as required.   The main focus of the position is to oversee and manage the team for a blue-chip client and to ensure the ongoing delivery of a best practice resourcing function.

Key duties:

• Ensure effective utilisation of resources through establishing and maintaining a best practice operating model.
• Produce management reports including financial and operational results and forecasts.
• Agree and implement SLA’s with client.
• Pro-actively develop relationships within the client’s business.
• Develop and execute new business opportunities.

Candidates will have preferably gained recent and in-depth experience within an RPO or other on-site solution provider.  Recruitment experience is essential and candidates with experience in selling services from within a recruitment consultancy will be considered in place of on-site experience.  You will need fluency in German and ideally international recruitment experience.
