VP HR / HR Director

Our client is a multi national, multi product organisation; they are seeking a VP HR to join their team based in the Netherlands. Reporting to the MD and managing a team of 6, you will have a broad HR generalist remit.

The role will encompass all aspects of the HR spectrum within the context of a growing and changing business. Priorities will include: developing management capability; championing effective performance management and establishing & implementing appropriate Organisational Development strategies to ensure the continued growth of this successful organisation.

HR is seen as a key component of the company’s continuing success and they need a talented individual to develop and lead the company’s HR strategy.  You will be responsible for managing and developing an established HR team, you will be customer focused, highly commercial and have first class communication and influencing skills. You will also have the ability to be assertive and tenacious, whilst remaining approachable.

This client is looking for someone who is an experienced HR professional, ideally a graduate and CIPD qualified or equivalent; you will have proven experiences in organizational change; proven impact on organizational development. Experience in managing HR organizations in different business environments. Proven ability to quickly understand the key levers in different business models, and flexibility to adjust the approach.
