Senior HR Manager

A new role has become vacant at one of the world’s leading Investment Banks. You will support a front office client group with issues such as ER, recruitment, compensation and talent.

You will also work with specialists who will assist you with operational aspects of recruitment and ER, leaving you avaialble to manage more strategic issues. We are looking for someone who has worked closely with the front office and you must have dealt with dismissals and complex ER issues.

Successful candidates will be true business partners who can handle ambiguity and work in a demanding environment.
