Are you a dynamic, open minded self starter? Do you have strong interpersonal skills whilst being client focused? Our client, a leading global consultancy firm, is seeking to recruit a Compensation Director for their compensation & benefit consulting arm who possesses these attributes.

The function of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for the external client offering creative and effective consulting solutions, as well as for consultants and the professional staff to manage, motivate, guide and develop them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advising multi-national clients with regards to remuneration strategies 
  • Designing transaction models
  • Leading global due-diligence work with respect to reporting and compliance 
  • Advising companies and individual persons about tax and social security optimisation potential 
  • Redesigning reward packages
  • Ensuring the compliance of tax and legal plans 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients

To be successful in securing this role, you will need to possess a University degree (or equivalent) in Law or Economics, or be a certified tax expert. You should have profound experience (a minimum of 8 years) in the area of equity based compensation, and a focus on tax and social security either with an international consulting firm or in a multinational environment. It is required that you are fluent in the English language, both spoken and written. Fluency in German will also be a distinct advantage.  It will be highly desirable if you have knowledge of Swiss tax and the social security system.
