Global Training Manager

We are currently working with a leading online travel business. Due to growth internationally, a vacancy has arisen for a Global Training Manager to work on the development of staff within their call centres in Europe and Asia.

This role will involve around 80% international travel and you must be comfortable with this. In addition you must speak either French or German.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• New starter inductions.
• Classroom based training for experienced staff.
• Evaluation of existing training programmes.
• Process improvement.
• Management development.

You should have experience in management as well as an understanding of the full training life-cycle.
