Head of Graduate Development

Our client is looking to recruit for a new role within its leadership and talent team. The business has gone through a considerable change programme and is now looking to launch a new graduate development programme.  The role will have responsibility for the development, launch and ongoing management of a world class general management graduate programme in order to help build a pipeline of future leadership talent to support the delivery of business aspirations and plans.  

Reporting to the Group Head of Leadership and Talent but working with senior executives including the Group CEO who has sponsored this programme you will have a strong background in selection and development of talent. Your previous experience will include significant responsibility for graduate recruitment and development programmes in either a blue chip or professional services environment. You will be organisationally sophisticated with a track record of achieving results with and through others in medium to large scale environments.  Credibility both internally and externally in the graduate market place will be a pre-requisite. International experience is not essential but would be desirable.
