Lead Consultant - Resourcing & Selection

This strategic in-house resourcing and OD role will lead and oversee all policy and practice in organisation design, resourcing, selection, assessment and induction to ensure a relentless focus on recruiting best talent to all roles across the business in order to create an environment where talent can flourish and perform. 

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in strategic resourcing with a strong appreciation and belief in the strengths based philosophy. Effective and a credible consultant at senior organisational levels you will be flexible and adaptable in varying your style to achieve results with different stakeholders.  Specific sector experience is not a pre-requisite but it is envisaged that you will have had experience within large and complex organisational structures ideally in a blue-chip or consultancy environment. A full relocation package will be available as necessary.
