Training and Development

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading International Real Estate Services Firm for a Training and Development Officer based in London. The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the learning and development function of the firm. You will be responsible for liaising with the Head of Department to create an learning and development plan, designing workshops for all employees, publicising the training programme and liaising with external consultants.

This role will also include supporting the HR team on employment relations issues.  The successful candidate will have recent design, delivery, training needs analysis and employment relations experience. Important attributes include excellent attention to detail and self-motivation. You will also have the ability to work well using your own initiative and within a team. Ideally, you will also be CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
