Working closely with a diverse client group, this position offers an experienced recruiter the opportunity to get involved at both an operational and strategic level partnering with both the Human Resources team and Recruitment function. You will be responsible for creating and driving attraction strategy, whilst identifying trends and managing key stake holder relationships. You will ideally be of graduate calibre with solid generalist HR experience with a strong recruitment background. You will have excellent influencing and networking skills and be a strong strategic thinker. The ability to work to deadlines, manage a challenging client group and use your initiative are all essential for this role |
