A Leading International Development organisation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development Manager to join their team base din Putney. The main purpose of this job is to develop and implement a learning and development strategy for the company by creating programmes focusing on areas such as talent management, career and personal development planning, and strategic skills development.

Your responsibilities will include:-         

  • Preparing a talent audit and recommended action plan for the Senior Management Team twice a year
  • Developing an international talent management strategy for the company
  • Developing a succession plan and present your findings along with recommendations twice a year
  • Overseeing the performance management and management development programmes along with making recommendations for improvement
  • Developing L & D programmes to support team building within the company.

The ideal candidate with be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified with extensive experience of designing and implementing learning and development programmes.
You will have strong project and personnel management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Important attributes include the ability to multi-task along with working successfully within a team.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills are essential along with excellent presentation skills.
