We want to drive forward a vibrant and effective third sector, with HR playing a key role in this process. As a result we require the following individual:

Director, HR Operations - Manchester

The purpose of this position is support the successful delivery of the business plan through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of human capital and operational people services. You will lead and develop the HR advisory team to provide a professional consultancy, administration and support service to the line management and staff.

This position requires an individual with a proven track record as an effective leader at a senior level within a medium sized enterprise. You will demonstrate in-depth experience and a successful track record in your own area of professionalism, an ability to take a strategic overview and direction as well as experience in the effective leadership and management of change.

Salary to £70K + benefits including final salary pension
