Director, Business Partner

By 2012 we want to be supporting 500,000 people and employing around 5,500 social care professionals who will provide care that is more connected, and who will work to transform whole communities as well as individual’s lives. We want to drive forward a vibrant and effective third sector, with HR playing a key role in this process. As a result we require the following individual:

Director, Business Partner – London or Manchester

The purpose of this role is to work with the Strategic HR Director to develop and roll out the Human Capital Strategy and initiatives which are designed to support Turning Point’s vision, values and business plan. This will involve working in partnership with the senior stakeholders to ensure that they have the requisite skills, knowledge tools and systems to maximise the value of the people employed. 

This position requires an individual with a proven track record as an effective leader at a senior level within a medium sized enterprise. You will demonstrate in-depth experience and a successful track record in your own area of professionalism, an ability to take a strategic overview and direction as well as experience in the effective leadership and management of change.

Salary to £70K + benefits including final salary pension
