Key to the continued growth of the Birmingham office is the provision of HR support to the partners and staff encompassing performance management, reward, employee relations, culture and values and resourcing.

The position of HR Business Manager will be based in the Birmingham office reporting to the HR Director. In addition to providing operational HR support, you will also be responsible for working closely with partners and senior managers on projects such as succession planning, team development and change management.

To be successful in this new and challenging role, you will need to be CIPD-qualified and possess significant experience within an HR Manager/Business Partner role. Your ability to coach at a senior level coupled with your professional demeanour will ensure credibility within a demanding environment. Experience of working within a law firm is not essential.
