A fantastic, project-based, interim Recruitment and Talent role has arisen at one of the leading global marketing agencies. This 6 month position, based out of their West London office, is a newly created role, reporting directly to the People Development Director.

The main focus of the role will be to take full responsibility for the development and day-to-day operational running of recruitment within the firm. This will involve reviewing the current in-house selection processes, establishing an effective internal vacancies system and working to maintain a live database of talent across the industry.

Coupled with this, you will be expected to work with the PDD in developing a PSL, conducting recruitment cost analysis and coordinating the graduate recruitment across this office.

The successful candidate will need to have worked in-house at manager level, ideally have recruited marketing professionals, and be comfortable working in an autonomous and challenging environment. You will need to be a self-starter, highly motivated, and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders within the business.
