HR & Reward challenges though are very often industry-specific and competitors are very often in a similar state with their HR offering.
We will always search your direct competition but additionally we will define a list of target organisations or industries that may possess talent with better aligned experience that meet your specific needs. The mix of direct approach, social media and advertising campaign and networking will reach out to both, active and passive candidates globally.

We also offer psychometric assessments. These assessments help to identify strengths and weaknesses in relation to work style, intellect, personality fit etc. adding further insight to the competence based interview.
