The area covered includes the 'M3/M4 corridor' covering towns such as Slough, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Reading and Maidenhead which are extremely well established with businesses in the technology, telecoms and pharmaceutical sectors.
Additionally the area has a strong entrepreneurial base and has seen the launch of hundreds of SMEs recently. Further west, the division will cater for the professional services firms in the Bristol area, in particular building on the success of our sister brand, Taylor Root, in the legal sector. Closer to London we will focus on the vast numbers of businesses supporting London Heathrow.
Thames Valley is seen as an attractive work location by employees seeking a shorter commute and the subsequent improved work/life balance. Traditionally salaries have been lower than London but the increasing number of large multi-nationals in the area has pushed remuneration to very competitive levels.
