2017 sees the launch of several exciting initiatives to bring together some of the leading UK charities and HR professionals in our network. Our Expert Charity Speaker Network is just one of the innovative projects we have designed to strengthen our commitment to our Social Purpose Programme here at Frazer Jones.

Charity Knowledge & Expertise
The charity sector is incredibly important to our society, there are over 165,000 registered charities in the UK, with many offering highly specialist advice and support in areas that could have real tangible business benefits. Many leading brands across the commercial world are utilising the sectors knowledge and developing long term strategic business partnerships with significant results to their people.

Expert Charity Led Topics
We will be running a series of quarterly breakfasts that will showcase the incredible work of specially selected charities. All are experts in very current and topical people-focused challenges.

The aim of each event will be to give you, as a HR professional valuable insight into the charities specialist area and encourage you to think about how the topics they present could impact on your workforce. Our speakers will equip you with valuable tools that may enable you to support and develop areas such as improved employee health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, employability and social mobility programmes.

Opportunities for Charity Partnerships
Each of our speakers are leading practitioners in their field, often providing very specialist advice and consultancy to commercial businesses. Often this work provides vital funding for the charity, enabling them to do more - we want to encourage future partnerships between our charity speakers.
