Jesse received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Binghamton University, and moved into a short stint of recruiting shortly after graduating. Subsequently he worked in HRIS systems management at a large law firm. Jesse is now pursuing a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, heavily studying topics such as strategic workplace staffing and psychometrics. Now that the required pace of his studies have slowed, Jesse joined Maximum Management/Frazer Jones in January 2018 as a research recruiter. He is excited to be a part of the team, and looks forward to further personal and professional development.
