Michael Illert believes 2014 was a buoyant year for international HR recruitment, and this year is likely to be even better. “Businesses in emerging markets require global professionals, they’re growing fast so need to recruit,” he says. “For example, in continental Europe reward as a function is less developed, so companies need to import that talent.”
