I sit within the Consumer division here at Frazer Jones, recruiting HR professionals across all disciplines specialising in consumer goods, Retail, Media, Hospitality & Leisure.

I primarily support with junior to mid-level hires from advisor level to business partner and management level; These include generalist roles or more specialised roles such as Learning & Development, Employee Relations, business partnering and projects and Recruitment.

I have 7 years’ experience across the retail and hospitality industries beginning my career as a Group Restaurants Manager at The Riverside Group, before moving into fashion retailer Jack wills as a Supervisor/ Assistant manager and later Selfridges.

From working within the Retail and Hospitality industries, I have built strong relationships allowing me to understand various organisational structures, the way in which they work, and where they sit as a brand within the industry. Consumer goods and retail is very competitive, however the ability to build strong lasting relationships allows you to connect with a wide range of professionals who in turn, can make introductions to their wider network, enabling me to access great talent that may not be active within the job market.
