Daniel Asaya

Daniel sits on the Reward team, recruiting roles on an interim and permanent basis across Reward, Pensions, HR Analytics, HRIS & Global Mobility. The team is very strong, with several colleagues working across different salary bands to allow deep knowledge and expertise in the market.  

Daniel started his recruitment career in 2018 in London, where he specialised in enrolling students from Africa and Asia into UK and German Universities. Daniel enjoys building and maintaining lasting relationships which enable him to understand long-term needs and goals.  

He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Bournemouth University, where he also served as 1st Black President of the Students' Union.

Aside from his day-to-day, Daniel enjoys singing, travelling, going to the gym, cooking Nigerian jollof rice and socialising with friends. He is also passionate about Mental Health awareness and creating safe spaces for marginalised communities
