Daniel is part of the reward team. He recruits roles on an interim and permanent basis across reward, pensions, HR analytics, HRIS and global mobility. Daniel started his recruitment career in 2018 in London, where he enrolled students from Africa and Asia into UK and German universities. He enjoys building and maintaining lasting relationships that enable him to understand long-term needs and goals. He holds a master’s degree in information technology from Bournemouth university, where he served as the first Black president of the students’ union. He is passionate about mental health awareness and creating safe spaces for minority communities.
