Elvina is based in our office in Singapore. She works with the South East Asia team to identify high-potential HR talent in junior to mid-level roles and focuses on Chinese firms that are looking at international expansion in the region. Prior to joining Frazer Jones, Elvina spent eight years with the military as an intelligence expert and ran her family business before turning to search and recruitment where she has successfully partnered with global and local businesses. Elvina graduated with a degree in biotechnology from Northumbria University. She speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.
