Emma is a specialist in human capital recruitment and part of a team that has built a multi-country network of consulting professionals. She recruits HR transformation, change management, leadership, psychology and assessment roles for consultancy firms, on a contingent and retained basis. Her candidate network comprises professionals from both consultancy and industry backgrounds. Prior to joining Frazer Jones, she worked in recruitment in corporate finance and private equity. Emma is also a graduate of The University of Surrey.
