This includes markets such as fintech, banking, insurance, legal, real estate and consultancy. He also covers functions including reward, compensation, benefits, payroll, HR analytics, HRIS as well as performance and reward consulting. Before joining Frazer Jones, Janard gained experience as a Research Associate for a leading regional think tank. He holds a master’s of science in global migration from University College London.
