I specialise in finding the best HR talent for the financial services sector, with a focus on the senior end of the market, partnering with Investment Banks, Private Banks, Retail Banks, Corporate Banks, Private Equity firms, Hedge Funds, Asset Management firms, Insurance and Re-Insurance firms. I recruit for roles from Senior Manager/Business Partner to Director level across the majority of the HR spectrum including Generalist HR, Learning, Development, Talent, OD, Graduate Recruitment, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Change.

Since embarking on a career in recruitment in 2005, I have worked with a wide range of organisations delivering across the UK and Internationally.  Having then chosen to specifically focus on financial services I have helped boutiques in FinTech, Corporate Finance and Private Banking hire their first strategic Heads of HR, as well as supported large, multi-national Banks and Fund Managers in key HR appointments.  I have a particularly good track record in consistently delivering for clients developing strong and exclusive relationships.  

As one of the prominent specialists in the HR financial services market I have an extensive and broad network which is further enhanced by the multiple events I host for HR leaders in this space.  This is complimented by a wider background in recruiting for HR across a variety of industries since 2006.  I constantly strive to add value to my clients through roundtables, seminars, initiatives, market intel and providing thought leadership.  In addition, I provide creative recruitment processes, partnering with my clients, providing a flexible approach that ensures a successful outcome.

With a passion for the outdoors I have spent four seasons in the mountains of France, America and New Zealand working as a ski and snowboard instructor. Previously a keen sportsman I’m now happily confined to a coaching role with my sons rugby team, although never pass up the opportunity to sail or ski.
