I am a senior consultant within Frazer Jones and my role is all about engaging with those working in fee-earning roles within Human Capital Consulting practices including change management, learning & development, mergers & acquisitions, organisational development and organisational design. I also have a wider remit within digitalisation, Industry 4.0, IOT, robotics, digital transformation and human capital consulting (people & change). I work with a hugely diverse range of management consultancies and human capital consulting firms, from Big 4/global brands and mid-market companies to boutique consultancies with small teams.
Since 2006 I have supported tier one strategy consultancies, Big 4 consultancies and boutiques with talent acquisition, talent mapping, and retained searches. I have worked with senior hires from managers to partner level across industries in management consulting and in terms of regions UK, EMEA, China, Singapore and USA.
I have worked on extensive search assignments and am very strong in areas of search and business development. I pride myself in building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and maintain very high level of quality in all processes.
I am a keen badminton enthusiast and run a weekly badminton club, I try to attend as many networking events as possible both socially and professionally and am avid football fan.
