I work within the professional services team in the UK and support HR professionals in their career development. The typical roles I recruit for include, HR Generalist, HR Advisors, HR Managers, L&D professionals and also in-house Recruiters. As I specialise in the professional services sector (Accounting, Property Management, Consultancy and Legal) I am able to provide good market knowledge and identify trends.
I started my career in 2013 where I began my apprenticeship in sales. I quickly recognised I thrive in a sales environment and it challenges me on a daily basis! After completing my apprenticeship course, I embarked on my journey into recruitment. Since then, I have worked with a range of clients including FTSE 100 companies on an exclusive or retained basis. I have also partnered with a major utilities organisation in setting up their HR and L&D department for their start-up call centre business which is now at c200 employees.
I pride myself on building trusted relationships and partnerships with individuals and supporting them their career. My versatility throughout my career has given me a breadth of experience so I can better support candidates and also clients in the growth and development of their business. Instead of being ‘just another recruiter’, I become an extension of each business and develop into a consultant to my clients. I also pride myself on tailoring my solutions to best fit each client and developing long term, trusted relationships.
Since moving down to London in October 2017 I have metamorphosed into a ‘social butterfly’! Combined with being very social, I support a few charities close to my heart by partaking in activities including, a day of silence (crazy, I know).
