I personally feel it is important for any bona fide recruiter to see themselves as an extension of their client's internal recruitment team, whether it involves working on a contingency or a retained search. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most iconic and coveted luxury retail brands in the world, ranging from apparel, Fine Watches & Jewellery to beauty and niché fragrances.
I have worked across temporary and permanent divisions so therefore have a good 360 vison when recruiting. I have supported with restructuring large prestigious fashion houses, which have resulted in volume recruitment projects which were lead by me. My area of expertise has also included liaising with international smaller brands and supporting them with opening their UK boutiques and concessions.
One of the reasons I was attracted to Frazer Jones was their approach and acknowledgment (both internally and externally) towards the importance of diversity.
