I am a Director within the commerce & industry team and have over a decade of recruitment experience within FTSE 250, PE backed and privately owned recruitment businesses.
Starting my recruitment career at Michael Page in 2006, I’ve had the opportunity to partner with a broad range of industry sectors and work on positions spanning the full HR lifecycle from entry to director level including HR specialisms.
With my early career focusing on interim management, I have spent recent years specialising on both the delivery of executive search and senior interim requisitions in HR primarily within commerce & industry. It has also given me the opportunity to work within some boutique recruitment businesses, both privately owned or VC backed.
My client base is broad and mainly built through networking. I would like to think that my network built over this time means that I am able to make an immediate response to business critical situations and known as a trusted 'go to' source within the HR recruitment market with a consultative approach.
Relationships are key to me and I have tried to maintain these over the years, often with clients becoming candidates and vice versa. I have a strong interest in the impact of social media on the recruitment industry and enjoy creating thought leadership to support the HR community.
