Prior to joining Frazer Jones, Pooja had been in banking and financial services since 2013. She started in the industry as a stockbroker and subsequently pursued her master’s in org psychology at Columbia University. After three years at a well-known global investment bank working in corporate HR, she worked as a talent assessment consultant leading her to recruitment consulting. As part of the banking and financial and professional services practice, she sources candidates to fit a wide range of permanent roles within HR such as talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, HR systems, reward and learning and development.
