I have been recruiting into various industries since 2012. My career began working within Life Sciences recruitment, focusing on EMEA regions and working with major blue chip organisations as well as SME level Biotechnology companies. During this time, I was responsible for junior to mid-level roles.
During 2014, I widened my cross-industry experience by working within the strategy and change management sectors, focusing on major retail and FMCG organisations in the UK, as well as Strategy Houses and Big Four Consultancy firms. I then returned to the Life Sciences sector to extend Talentmark’s capabilities within the Clinical Operations industry. This involved developing the company’s U.S offerings and diversifying our level of delivery up to VP level. My responsibilities included key account management and working with Heads of Talent Acquisition as well as Global HR VPs in order to the deliver the best and most efficient recruitment services.

Working within Frazer Jones’s C&I function, I focus on mid to senior level HR opportunities within FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries.
