Stephanie recruits HR professionals across the Thames Valley, M4 corridor and home counties. Working with businesses in multiple sectors, she recruits roles from mid-level through to Director.
Stephanie began her recruitment career in 2001 and, since then, has successfully worked with a broad range of clients including FTSE listed businesses, SMEs and start-ups and high net worth individuals. She has an in depth understanding on all HR disciplines, having worked on multiple roles across generalist HR, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, and transformation & change.
Prior to working at Frazer Jones, Stephanie worked both regionally across the southern home counties, as well as in the West End and City of London. She has managed teams of varying sizes, implemented and led RPOs, and recruited across temporary, interim and permanent positions. In addition, she has supported and guided organisations and candidates alike in salary benchmarking, facilitating networking events and seminars, as well as running workshops on interviewing, CV writing and other recruitment related topics.
In her spare time, Stephanie combines living by the sea, going on short trips in her 1962 campervan “Westie” and running the odd 10k race here and there! She has a husband and a children who never stand still, so life is always on the go. With that in mind, she stands by the saying: “give something you need doing to a busy person”!

Stephanie is unusual as a senior recruiter in my experience. Most agencies seem to have purely transactional relationships with their candidates: good initial conversations about a particular role, full of positive intentions but in the end its just another short term contact unless the candidate takes the initiative.Stephanie's approach is different.
