My remit at Frazer Jones is within the retail and business services sectors, focusing specifically on the London market but with coverage of the Thames Valley, M4 corridor and South East regions.
I started my recruitment career back in 2001 specialising in the secretarial, PA and business support field and as time progressed I have developed strong relationships and diversified into HR markets recruiting all HR roles from advisory level through to the head of function across various sectors.
Over the years I have worked on very busy temporary/interim and permanent hire roles within the City and West End of London as well as regionally covering the South East and have worked with clients across all sectors. My experience also includes implementing small RPOs and volume recruitment for retail sector clients at head office as well as UK-wide as well as focused individual targeted hires of a highly confidential nature.
I am grateful that I have formed strong relationships with clients and candidates over these years and am pleased to have many returning to me for support with their next hire or next opportunity. Understanding, listening and honesty are key parts to building those relationships and qualities I pride myself in.
In my spare time, which is generally rare, I combine London working with living by the sea, I run the odd 10k race and have a young family who never stand still so life is always busy. They always say give something you need doing to a busy person and I am sure that’s true!

Stephanie is unusual as a senior recruiter in my experience. Most agencies seem to have purely transactional relationships with their candidates: good initial conversations about a particular role, full of positive intentions but in the end its just another short term contact unless the candidate takes the initiative.Stephanie's approach is different.
