Steph began her recruitment career in 2001 and since then has worked with a broad range of clients across the Southern Home Counties, the West End and The City of London. She manages the London commerce and industry team for permanent hires, as well as the Thames Valley, M4 Corridor and Home Counties team for permanent and contract positions. She recruits mid to senior HR hires across disciplines. Steph has implemented and led RPOs, recruited across temporary, interim and permanent positions and supported businesses and candidates in salary benchmarking, networking events and running recruitment workshops.
