I cover the mid-senior perm market across Commerce and Industry in the UK which includes HR Generalists, Learning and Development, Recruitment and specialist roles such as Org design, development and Project/Change management. Roles range from HR Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Director and Director of talent management. Typically, I work with businesses in the Technology and Telco space and cover a wide range from fast-growth start-up to large global Fortune 500 companies. I also co-run our Future Talent series, a programme aimed at developing high-potential HR talent through a year-long programme of blended learning.
I have over 9 years of experience in recruitment and in fact began my career as a Finance & Accountancy recruiter. After moving into Executive Search, I covered senior roles across Europe and after delivering a few HR searches and getting a flavour of HR recruitment, I decided to take a leap of faith. I have now specialised in the HR market for over 3 years and I can honestly say it has been the best career decision I have made.
I have a very straightforward and honest approach. I value my candidates just as highly as my clients and believe very much in the old adage… “what goes around comes around”. I value long-term relationships and very much see myself as a pro-active recruiter who will listen first, speak later.
My spare time is currently largely taken up by training for my first ever half ironman event in Mallorca. I am also a supporter of Bolton Wanderers (for my sins) and follow them whenever I can. My sporty lifestyle is counterbalanced with my love of food, wine & cheese and exploring London’s fantastic restaurants. I also have a kitten called Polly!
