Andrés is part of the HR talent team, supporting entry-level to mid-level HR search across Germany. Before joining the team, he graduated in international business with two scholarships granted by the Universidad Javeriana and the DAAD (The German Academic Exchange Service). He also holds a Master’s in international management, marketing and entrepreneurship from the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. Andrés gained professional experience in business development after working in the United States, Colombia and Germany in technology, logistics and education. He has a wide toolset which helps him find and recruit the best talent.
